Everything on this website — service descriptions, the tax calculator, the reliefs explainer, the regulatory updates feed — is general information. It is not tax, legal, accounting or investment advice, and it does not take account of your circumstances.
No client relationship is created by reading this site, using the calculator, or sending a message through the contact form. A relationship begins only when we have agreed a scope of work and a fee with you in writing.
Do not act on this website alone. Tax positions turn on facts, documents and timing. Before you file, restructure, register or respond to a notice, get the position confirmed for your specific case — by us or by another qualified professional.
The calculator produces an indicative planning estimate on the rates in force for Tax Year 2027 (FY 2026–27) under the Finance Act 2026. It is deliberately simplified. It does not account for every credit, exemption, admissible deduction, minimum tax, sector-specific rule, super tax, or withholding already suffered — any of which can materially change what you actually owe.
Figures you enter are processed entirely within your browser. Nothing is transmitted to us or stored. The calculator is not a filing computation and must not be used as one.
The updates section reproduces titles, dates and links from the public pages of the FBR, SECP, PRA, SRB, KPRA and BRA. It is generated automatically.
Where an entry is marked as ours rather than an authority's, it reflects our own commentary and carries the same caveat as the rest of this site.
Audit and assurance engagements are performed and signed by our Chartered Accountant in practice, holding a valid practising certificate from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP). Legal representation and litigation are handled by our legal counsel. Tax, corporate and advisory services are provided by Tax Waley and its associated professionals.

We take reasonable care to keep this site accurate, but tax law in Pakistan changes frequently and content may become out of date between updates. We give no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of malicious code, and we may change or withdraw any part of it without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the general information, calculator output or regulatory feed on this website. This does not limit any liability we owe you under a signed engagement, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Email and WhatsApp are not secure channels. Please do not send passwords, IRIS credentials or full banking details through them unprompted; we will tell you how to transmit sensitive documents when your engagement starts. Sending us a message does not by itself protect a deadline — a deadline is only managed once we have confirmed the engagement.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts at Lahore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
We may update these terms; the date at the top of the page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
